Education Qualification:
1) The ideal candidate should hold a minimum Master’s Degree (MBA in Marketing preferred). The candidate must have good academic record, good communication skills and have the confidence and capability to interact with both top level  personnel and blue collared workmen. High proficiency in writing in English. Competent in computer applications like Word, Excel, Power Point etc.

2) First Class Post-Graduate in Commerce with strong Accounting/Finance background and MBA with Finance or CA/AICWA with three years’ experience in academics or industry, M.Phil. with two years’ experience and Ph.D. with or without experience.

Pay Scale: 
1) The consolidated compensation will be INR 20000 per month depending upon qualifications and experience. 
2) Monthly consolidated salary of Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 37,000/- depending on qualification, experience, merit and performance in the interview. No other allowances except TA/DA for official tour will be paid.
Age Limit: 
1) Below 35 years
2) Below 30 years
