1) A master’s degree in public health or any social science discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate. Candidate should have a valid CSIR NET/UGC/GATE score or should have cleared any national level test conducted by IITs/IIMs
2) M. E./M.Sc./M. Tech. in Electrical/Electronics/Physics with knowledge in Solid State Physics, Semiconductor Devices or Microelectronics or equivalent.
Pay Scale:
1) Rs. 31,000/- per month
2) Rs. 15,000/- per month
