Education Qualification:
1) Ph.D. with specialization in Plant Biochemistry/ Plant Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Life Science.
2) Master’s degree in Agril. Biochemistry, Genetics/Plant breeding / Biotechnology/ Plant Molecular Biology/ Botany/ Plant Physiology/Life Science, Bioinformatics/Equivalent degree.
Pay Scale:
1) Rs. 36,000/- + 30% HRA per month (as per the CSIR norms)
2) Rs. 25,000/- + 30% HRA per month for 1st & 2nd Year and 28,000/- + 30% HRA for 3rd year (as per DAE-BRNS norms)
Age Limit:
1) Maximum 40 years for men. For women/SC/ST/OBC and physically handicapped candidate, an age relaxation of 5 years.
2) Maximum 35 years.
